By commissioning me, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following conditions.

If there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

  1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

  2. All deadlines must be noted in your commission inquiry, and are subject to additional charges depending on the proximity of the deadline.

  3. Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to complete, to 3 months. You will be notified if there is a delay for any reason.

  4. A sketch and lineart will be provided for feedback before further progress is made. Please be sure to request any and all corrections at this stage, as afterwards all major revisions will be declined.

  1. Purchased art is for personal use only, and may not be used for commercial purposes.

    1. If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, your intent must be explicitly expressed in your commission inquiry. Please note that additional charges are applicable for all commercial works.

  2. You are not authorized to make a profit off of my art.

  3. You may not claim that you created the work.

  4. I maintain the full rights over my artwork. This means, for example, that I may upload it onto any of my social media accounts, stream while working on the piece, or use it for my portfolio.

    1. If you would prefer the piece not be published on my social media accounts, or that I not stream my work on it, please be sure to express this desire in your commission inquiry.

  1. Commissions are to be paid via invoice (USD) on PayPal. I will send the invoice when all of the details have been confirmed.

  2. Commissions are to be paid up front, and as such I will only begin working on the artwork after payment has been received. Please do not send the payment until I have accepted your commission and sent you the invoice.

  1. Commissions are non-refundable.

    1. However, if I, for some reason, am unable to complete your commission I will inform you of such and will issue you a refund.

  2. At any time, I reserve the right to cancel your commission. In this case, I will issue a full refund.

  1. Work on your commission will only begin after payment has been processed.

  2. The sketch will be sent to you to confirm the pose. Please note that details are only added in the lineart stage. Once the sketch has been confirmed, no changes will be allowed on the pose. A maximum of two changes are permitted, after which supplemental fees may be applicable to your commission.

  3. The lineart will be sent to you. No work on the lineart will be done once this has been confirmed. A maximum of two changes are permitted, after which supplemental fees may be applicable to your commission.

  4. I will send you the final version of the commissioned piece when the full payment has been processed. This will also include a watermarked version.

    1.  Please consider using the watermarked version online, to avoid theft or use by other parties.
